I've heard it said that people never change. On one end, we could view ourselves as separate from our situation/environment; on the other, we could be so camouflaged to ourselves that we fail to see our own individuality. There are many discrete elements that make up a person/situation/environment module. If we try to look at the whole picture, it's easy to see that the person/situation/environment module is involved in an intrapersonal, holistic transaction.
1. While it may look like some people never change, this may be the perfect response to a particular situation. Evolution is based on adaptation.
2. Situations seem to change some people. Some people seem to change situations. Underneath what is objectively visible, stability and change is based on a holistic person/situation/environment transaction.
3. We will not be afraid to change, to be changed, or to stay the same. We will be applicable, and we will utilize all. We will adapt and overcome, even if that means doing nothing. All these things we will do without having to try, and our success will be the success of the whole; our strength, the strength of all.
